All work is performed by our qualified team or approved subcontractors.

3. Quotes & Payments

Quotes: Quotes are valid for 30 days and based on the information provided. Additional costs may apply for changes to the project scope.
Deposit: A deposit (typically 20-30%) is required to secure your project start date.
Payment Schedule: Payments are split into stages (e.g., deposit, mid-project, final payment). Invoices are due within 7 days of issue.
Late Payments: Late payments may incur a 5% monthly interest fee or pause work.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation by You:

If cancelled before work begins, your deposit is refundable minus costs for completed design/planning work.
After work begins, cancellation fees apply based on progress.

Cancellation by Us:

We reserve the right to cancel services due to safety concerns, non-payment, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., planning permission denial).

5. Project Timeline & Delays

We aim to complete projects within 2–4 weeks, but timelines may vary due to:

Changes to project scope.
Weather delays (for detached garages).
Supply chain issues.
Unforeseen structural problems.

We will notify you promptly of any delays.

6. Warranties & Guarantees

Workmanship: All work is covered by a [10-year structural guarantee] and a [2-year workmanship warranty].
Materials: Manufacturer warranties apply to fixtures and fittings.
Exclusions: Warranties void if damage results from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

7. Liability

We are not liable for:

9. User Responsibilities

Secure necessary permissions (e.g., homeowner consent, planning permission).
Clear the garage of personal items before work begins (unless agreed otherwise).
Grant safe access to your property during agreed hours.

10. Complaints & Disputes

Raise concerns in writing within 14 days of project completion.
We will investigate and aim to resolve issues within 30 days.
Unresolved disputes may be referred to mediation or the courts of England and Wales.

11. Third-Party Services

Finance Partners: Finance agreements are governed by third-party terms (provided separately).
Social Media: Embedded content (e.g., Instagram, YouTube) is subject to the host platform’s policies.
